LIVING ROOM
The living room features custom 8-way hand-tied sofas with seating for 7, a 65” Samsung curved 4K 3D TV with sound system, and access to the first-floor porch that offers a front porch swing, outdoor furniture, and a grill.
DOWNSTAIRS MASTER SUITE
The downstairs Master Suite has a king bed, claw foot bath tub (with TV), rain shower, 4K Samsung TV, walk-in closet, and two sinks. The walk-in laundry room is adjacent to the kitchen with the top of the line Samsung steam washer and steam dryer.
SECOND FLOOR
The second floor has a bunk room with 4 Queen beds, 2 TVs for gaming and watching TV at the same time, and a couch for lounging. The third bedroom has a queen bed, 70” HD TV, closet, and separate vanity and bathroom. The two separate vanities and restrooms are separated by a jack and jill walk-in marble shower.
