Anchors Away 30A... is a Beach Chic professionally decorated 2340 sq. ft, 3BR/2.5BA private home in the luxury community of Seacrest Beach between Alys and Rosemary Beach on Hwy. 30A. This two-story vacation home sleeps 12 comfortably with 1 king and 5 queen size beds. The front porch swing and outdoor furniture make the perfect place to enjoy spending time outdoors with family and friends. Guests will be greeted to the home by an open floor plan living area.

Stainless steel Viking appliances, custom furniture, Stearns and Foster mattresses, 4K TVs, additional ice maker, and Yeti cooler, and game room set this home apart from the other Seacrest Beach vacation homes. The handmade dining room table seats 10 guests, in addition to 3 barstools along the kitchen counter.

Russell & Rachel

MEET THE CREW

Russell and Rachel met in 2017 after they were introduced by mutual friends. Russell works at Farley Nuclear Plant and Rachel is a Dermatology Physician Assistant. Over the last few years, they have enjoyed spending many weekends at Seacrest Beach. Russell and Rachel got engaged on the green space at Rosemary Beach in July 2019 and were married in April 2020!

“This house was located on a quiet dead end street that allowed us to enjoy the spacious front porch and the wonderful lounging swing all week. The house was also well stocked with games, beach gear and bikes for our grandchildren. The upstairs bunkroom was very comfortable with 4 queen size bunk beds and dual TVs for viewing and gaming by our grandkids. We loved the area and location. Russell was always a text away if we had questions. Highly recommend this home.”
